MBD Energy Limited is helping to build a cleaner energy future by recycling industrial waste.

Our world-first CO2 emissions abatement trials are aimed at developing viable bioremediation solutions to making significant cuts to industrial atmospheric pollution, as well as concurrently offering potential for large-scale recycling of industrial waste water.

The result of intensive scientific and engineering investigation, MBD's algal bioremediation systems are focussed on transforming this increasingly costly industrial waste into saleable nutritious feed and food as well as solid and liquid fuels.

While research and development work aimed at improving the efficiency and scalability of algae biomass production at coal fired power stations continues, MBD is beginning to commercialise its years of high level research and development of algae-based systems through bioremediation of aquaculture waste water to produce food products.

MBD currently has algal bioremediation projects under active development in Australia, Asia, Canada and Africa.

Water Bioremediation MBD Energy has invested heavily in research and development of viable water bioremediation solutions for heavy industry (including power stations and minerals processors), mining factory farming and aquaculture.
